Coventor, Inc. produces unique 3D CAD/CAE tools for designing and simulating micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), and for simulating MEMS and semiconductor process technology.  Engineers at leading MEMS and semiconductor manufacturers worldwide use our software tools to bring better performing products to market more efficiently.  Our software is also used by many universities and R&D centers to explore and develop leading edge design concepts.

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years work experience on a software product team
• Very high skill level in C++ and objected oriented design
• Proven ability to self-teach new skills
• Self-motivated, persistent problem solver
• Systematic, detail-oriented work style
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience developing 3D graphics, mechanical CAD or CAE software
• Experience with ODBC and SQL, and some exposure to RDMS
• Cross-platform development for Windows and Linux
• Experience with the Subversion (SVN) source control system
