Our CoventorWare platform has established itself as the leading design and simulation suite for all phases of MEMS design – from system level modeling to detailed 3D simulation and optimization, to manufacturing yield enhancement. With our 2010 release we have not only improved performance, but have added simulation capabilities that address rapidly emerging design requirements for exciting new MEMS-enabled applications.

The CoventorWare software suite is filled with MEMS-specific features that enable you to:

Description of CoventorWare

CoventorWare is comprised of four major modules that can be used individually to complement an existing design flow, or jointly to provide a complete MEMS design flow. These include Architect, Designer, Analyzer and Integrator. The completeness of the tool suite and the high level of integration among the modules improves overall efficiency and ease of use, freeing users from the burden of manually transferring design data among multiple, stand-alone tools. 

ARCHITECT3D

CoventorWare Architect system simulation product

Quickly assemble a behavioral model of a MEMS device from a unique and comprehensive library of MEMS building blocks, and simulate its behavior together with surrounding electronics within a schematic-based system-level modeling environment

DESIGNER

CoventorWare Designer product
Define the fabrication process, draw the layout masks in the MEMS-specific layout editor, and automatically generate and visualize 3D solid models for input into field solvers

ANALYZER
