Before you start troubleshooting license errors, it is helpful to understand the different parts of your license file.

Troubleshooting for SEMulator 2007.000

If you have have incorrectly configured your license for SEMulator3D 2007, then when trying to start Layout Editor, Process Editor or ZSplat, you will see the following license error message:

• There is no mismatch between port numbers in User Settings and license file.
• There is no firewall blocking access to the server.
• The license server is running.
