SEMulator3D 2008.101 Release

SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.101 is a full update release of SEMulator3D 2008, and may be installed on its own or over any previous version of SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.

This update includes a new SEMulator3D - Cadence Virtuoso Bridge, an improved Wet Etch capability, improved mesh size controls, a new License Installer, and several bug fixes. SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.101 is a cumulative update and includes all new capabilities and fixes from versions 2008.000, 2008.001 and 2008.100. Coventor strongly advises all customers to install this update to benefit from the new enhancements and defect fixes.

Note that if you have a previous version of SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008 installed and you have installed a local license service, you will need to re-install your license after installing SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.101; please see the Installation Instructions for details.
