SEMulator 2008.100 Update Release

SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.100 is an update release to SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.001. This update includes a new wet etch capability, a MEMS lift-off function, meshing improvements, and several bug fixes. SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.100 must be installed on top of SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.000 or 2008.001. SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.100 is a cumulative update so upgrading to version 2008.001 before installing this update is not required. The update release will automatically replace files from SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.000 or 2008.001 with the new SEMulator3D/MEMulator 2008.100 files. Coventor strongly advises all customers to install this update to benefit from the new enhancements and defect fixes.
