Installation Instructions
Click one of the download links below and save the file on your computer. For Windows, double click on the downloaded file. For Linux, untar the downloaded file and run the install script.
CoventorWare 2010 for Windows XP Pro and Windows 7 (873 MB)
CoventorWare 2010 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 4 and Desktop 5 (1.1 GB)
The above downloads include a CoventorWare-only license installation utility. However, Coventor Licensing can also be used to install and start a license server for this product. Coventor Licensing is required if the license includes features for both CoventorWare and MEMS+ 2.
The following download is needed only if you have purchased the Saber Component Library add-on. (Note: The Saber Template Library is included with the regular CoventorWare 2010 installation.)

CoventorWare2008.010 Update
CoventorWare 2008.010 is a partial update to CoventorWare 2008.000. It features enhancements to both Architect and Analyzer in addition to a number of fixes for defects. CoventorWare2008.010 must be installed on top of an existing CoventorWare 2008 installation. This update will automatically replace some files in the CoventorWare 2008.000 installation with new CoventorWare 2008.010 files. Coventor strongly advises all customer sites to install this update to benefit from the new enhancements and defect fixes.

Installation Instructions
Windows XP
Click on the download link below and save the file on your computer. Then double click on the saved file to install it. You will need at least 900 MB of free space in your Temp directory to unzip and install CoventorWare.
CoventorWare 2008 for Windows XP (661 MB)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 4 and Desktop 5
Download Disk 1 (611 MB)
To install DESIGNER, ANALYZER, and Licensing, download Disk 1 and save it on your computer. Untar this file and run the install script to install CoventorWare 2008.
Download Disk 2 (690 MB)
To add ARCHITECT to the above installation or install DESIGNER and ARCHITECT, DESIGNER only, or Licensing only, download Disk 2 and save it on your computer. Untar this file and run the install script.
Licensing Only (40 MB)
To install Licensing only, download and save it on your computer. Untar this file and run the install script.
Troubleshooting Downloads
If you suspect your download may have been corrupted, download the MD5 checksum digest files for Windows or Linux. To use the MD5 checksums, you must install an MD5 checksum tool on your system. A number of free MD5 checksum tools are available; do a web search for “free MD5 checksum tool”. Run the MD5 checksum tool on the CoventorWare file(s) that you downloaded. If the checksum reported by the tool is not identical to the checksum in the corresponding digest file, the CoventorWare file got corrupted during the download. Try downloading it again.
