Note: We always recommend using the latest release of MEMS+. These previous releases are made available only for the benefit of customers who may have performed simulations in one of these previous releases and desire to reproduce the results. We will not provide updates or bug fixes for these older releases.
MEMS+ 3.0 Full Release
This full release of MEMS+ has dramatic enhancements throughout the product, including a greatly expanded MEMS component library, a new built-in simulator, improved usability and robustness, faster simulation performance, and comprehensive scripting interface.

Coventor Licensing is required to install and start a license server for this product.

MEMS+ 2.1 Full Update
This release is a full update of MEMS+ that includes integration with MATLAB scripting, MATLAB Simulink and the Cadence Virtuoso custom IC design and simulation environment.
