SEMulator3D™ 2012.001 Full Release

SEMulator3D 2012 features full 64-bit modeling and visualization, enabling improved accuracy and larger model builds. It’s also faster and easier to use, with automatic wafer skirting and cropping, and improved visualization speed. SEMulator3D 2012.001 is a full release that can co-exist with SEMulator3D 2011 or prior releases. Coventor strongly recommends that all customers transition to this new release to benefit from the many improvements. It is recommended that you download and review the release notes and installation instructions before installing it.

Click one of the download links below and save the file on your computer. For Windows, double click on the downloaded file. For Linux, untar the downloaded file and run the install script.

SEMulator3D 2012.001 for Windows XP and Windows 7 (275 MB)
SEMulator3D 2012.001 for Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 4 and Desktop 5 (353 MB)

The above downloads do not include a license installation utility. Coventor Licensing 1.002 or must be installed in order to install and start a license server for this product.

SEMulator3D 2011.001 Full Release

This release features much faster parallel model building (3-4X faster in many cases), all-new mesh generation, several new modeling steps, and many usability enhancements. SEMulator3D 2011.001 is a full update release that may be installed alone or installed over SEMulator3D 2011.000. Coventor strongly recommends that all customers transition to this new release to benefit from the many enhancements and bug fixes. It is recommended that you download and review the release notes and installation instructions before installing it.
